What to write about
We read every message. The most useful ones fall into three groups:
- Fee corrections. An exchange changed its fee schedule and our guide still shows the old number. Include the exchange, the rate you see on their official page, and the date you checked it.
- Broken links or typos. Tell us which page and what you saw.
- General questions about how a fee tier or the referral discount works.

What we cannot help with
We are not a support desk for any exchange. We cannot reset passwords, restore accounts, recover funds, review transactions, or resolve complaints you have with an exchange — those go directly to the exchange's own support team, and we have no access to any account.
